Chefs Join the Swing Dancers at Damrosch Park

Dancing, dining and drinking define summer outdoors at Lincoln Center. This year, some well-known chefs will add their specialties to the food stands that have been on hand for many seasons. Épicerie Boulud will be up first on Tuesday and Wednesday with madeleines and canelés. Michael White of Altamarea Group is next with bacon palmiers. Motorino’s meatballs, financiers from Maison Kayser, David Burke’s cheesecake lollipops, François Payard’s macarons and David Chang’s Fuku chicken sandwiches will join the rotating menu served from 5 to 10 p.m. through Aug. 13 during Midsummer Night Swing and Out of Doors events: Damrosch Park, Lincoln Center.
